742系列自動化造型線 Z42 Series Autonatic Molding Line
自動化造型線由造型機及輔助造型線(包括臺車、套箱、壓鐵、機械手裝置、推砂型裝置、落砂機、澆鑄系統、電控系統，氣動管路系統等)所組成的
本線的鑄型輸送方式為步移、開放式布置，布線緊湊，合理利用空間。整線性能穩定、運轉平穩、可靠。我公司目前所生產的自動化造型線主要配套Z42系列造型機使用。
Automatic molding line is composed of moldine machine and auxiliary molding line which includes following couipment. such a transition cart.mould holder,manipulator. sand mould pushershakeout machine pouring system, electric control system and pneumatic pipeline.
The conveying method of this line is step moving.The layout of this line is open type which is compact. Whole line has stable performance and smooth operation.
